Approach to Personal Information Protection

FUJIYA CO., LTD. (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our") has conducted its business activities since its founding in accordance with its management philosophy: “We always provide our customers and their families with deliciousness, fun, and satisfaction through the best quality products and the best service.” We also believe that appropriately utilizing and protecting the personal information entrusted to us is our social responsibility in order to provide peace of mind and safety.

7. Review and improvement of business entrustment

When entering into business entrustment agreements, we will thoroughly review the adequacy of our contractor's personal information protection measures and ensure that the contract terms are formulated with greater consideration for personal information protection.

8. Compliance with laws and standards

We will comply with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (Act No. 57 of 2003) as well as other relevant laws, guidelines, and standards in our handling of personal information.

9. Strengthening of employee training

We will strengthen our training on personal information protection and ensure all Employees are thoroughly educated so that everyone involved in the handling of personal information can perform their duties with a sufficient knowledge of personal information protection.

10. Establishment and enhancement of audit system

We will establish an internal audit system to verify whether measures for personal information protection are being implemented appropriately.

11. Handling of requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.
